Modal fabric is a bio-based fabric that is made from spinning beech tree cellulose. Modal is generally considered a more eco-friendly alternative to cotton because beech trees don't require much water to grow. TENCEL is the brand name of Modal from Lenzing, recognized worldwide for it's sustainable manufacturing processes.

Modal is silky smooth on the skin and a natural fibre which is perfect for sensitive skin. It has great resistance to shrinkage and pilling. Combined with the perfect amount of elastane our modal styles have great stretch and recovery meaning that it will keep it's shape wash after wash
