Bella Bodies bras feature a convenient 7cm side opening, allowing many customers to remove our cups and insert their own silicone prostheses or prosthetics following a mastectomy or surgery. Shapewear can be a bit tricky to put on, but we’ve got a helpful tip to make it easier! Always step into your shapewear - even camis and slips - rather than trying to pull it over your shoulders. This approach not only simplifies the process but also protects the garment from unnecessary stretching.

As you step in, gently work the shapewear up over your waist, taking care not to use your fingernails to avoid damage. This method helps smooth out any lumps or bumps, giving you a beautifully sleek and flattering silhouette.

You may notice our labels state 'Bamboo Viscose,' this term refers to any man-made fibre derived from wood pulp, combining nature's benefits with innovative technology.

If you think Bamboo Viscose is luxuriously soft, wait until you try Modal - it’s even softer! With its silky texture, breathable nature, and easy-care properties, Modal is the perfect fabric for keeping you cool and comfortable, especially in summer.

At Bella Bodies, we use Lenzing Modal, a premium cellulose fibre derived from sustainably grown beech trees. The production process is eco-friendly, utilising a Closed Loop System that recycles water and chemicals, ensuring minimal waste and no harmful environmental impact.

The key difference between our Bamboo and Travel ranges lies in the fabric:

• Bamboo Range: Made from an eco-friendly bamboo blend, this range is soft, breathable, and perfect for those who value comfort and sustainability.
• Travel Range: Crafted from a lightweight polyamide blend, this fabric is quick-drying and ideal for life on-the-go, making it a favourite for travel and active lifestyles.

Each range is designed with your unique needs in mind, so you can choose the perfect fit for your lifestyle!

To keep your Bella Bodies underwear looking fabulous for years to come, we recommend using a lingerie wash bag and washing on a gentle or standard cycle in warm water with similar colours. For bras with removable pads, we suggest taking the pads out before washing to prevent them from losing their shape.

Dry your Bella Bodies garments in the shade. We do not recommend using a tumble dryer, as the heat may damage the delicate fibres.

Detailed washing and drying instructions can be found on the labels of all Bella Bodies garments, to ensure they stay as comfortable and in high-quality as the day you bought them.
